Spider Zoo is located in Southern Oregon. All Shipping will be done on either Mondays or Saturdays depending on the time your order was placed. All Shipping fees are included in the price, and all live gifts will be shipped separately. To ensure live arrival, we use priority shipping and it is up to the buyer to make sure that they have made arrangements to accept shipments. Spider Zoo only ships in the US, and as climate and weather allows! DOA's will only be exchanged or refunded if an email is sent within 24 hours of delivery AND accompanied by a digital photograph of the dead tarantula. |
